Kim Gordon: Jeff’s Older Sister

Kimberly Diane Gordon, or Kim for short, is Jeff’s older sister by four years.

She was born in Vallejo, California, where Jeff also spent his early childhood.

Kim was very supportive of Jeff’s racing career from the start, and even convinced their parents to move to Pittsboro, Indiana, where there were more opportunities for young racers.

Kim missed the first 80 victories of Jeff’s Cup career, as she chose to attend San Diego State University and pursue her own interests.

However, she joined her brother in 2007 for the Nextel Cup, where he won his 81st race.

Kim is now married and has a son named Brandon Perry.

James Bickford: Jeff’s Younger Cousin

James Bickford is Jeff’s younger cousin, who also followed his footsteps into racing.

He is the son of John Bickford, who is Jeff’s stepfather and the man who introduced him to racing.

John married Jeff’s mother, Carol Ann Bickford, when Jeff was six months old, after she divorced Jeff’s biological father, William Grinnell Gordon.

James started racing go-karts at the age of eight, and later moved to late models and super late models.

He made his debut in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West in 2014, driving for Bob Bruncati. James achieved his first victory at State Line Speedway in Idaho, and they awarded him the title of Rookie of the Year.

He also competed in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series and the ARCA Menards Series West.

Jeff Gordon was born on August 4, 1971, in Vallejo, California.

He started racing BMX bikes at the age of four, and later switched to quarter midgets and sprint cars. He won several championships and awards in his early career, including the USAC Silver Crown Series and the USAC National Midget Series.

He made his NASCAR debut in 1990 in the Busch Series (now Xfinity Series), driving for Hugh Connerty Racing and Bill Davis Racing. Jeff won five races and finished fourth in points in 1992.

He moved to the Cup Series (now Cup Series) in 1993, driving for Hendrick Motorsports. He won his first race in 1994 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Jeff went on to become one of the most dominant drivers of his era, winning four Cup Series titles (1995, 1997, 1998, 2001), three Daytona 500s (1997, 1999, 2005), five Brickyard 400s (1994, 1998, 2001, 2004, 2014), and six Southern 500s (1995-1998, 2002, 2007).

He also won several other prestigious races and awards, such as the Sprint All-Star Race (1995, 1997, 2001), the Advance Auto Parts Clash (1994, 1997), and the Heisman Humanitarian Award (2012).

He retired from full-time racing in 2015, after finishing third in points and winning his final race at Martinsville Speedway. Jeff returned as a substitute driver for Dale Earnhardt Jr. in 2016 for eight races.

He is currently the vice chairman of Hendrick Motorsports and a broadcaster for Fox NASCAR.

Jeff Gordon is married to Ingrid Vandebosch, a Belgian model and actress. They have two children: Ella Sofia Gordon and Leo Benjamin Gordon.
