In this article, we are going to talk about warren Jeffs 7 siblings.
Warren Jeffs, the current President of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS Church), faced accusations of child rape that resulted in a life sentence.
His father, Rulon Jeffs, previously held the position of President in 1986, having a varying number of wives recorded as nineteen or twenty and more than sixty children.
Warren has over 60 siblings, although not all their names are available online.
Unfortunately, only the credentials of seven siblings could be located, and for some, their birthdates remain undisclosed, likely due to their preference for privacy following Warren’s incarceration.
1. Isaac Steed Jeffs
Isaac Steed Jeffs, born in 1975 and currently 47 years old, is the youngest sibling of Warren Jeffs.
Despite limited available information, it is known that he frequently visited Warren in prison along with his brother Nephi.
Isaac gained visibility during Warren’s 2006 arrest when a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper stopped their Cadillac Escalade, discovering Warren inside.
Additionally, Isaac held a position on the board of trustees for the United Order of Texas, a legal entity that owned the YFZ Ranch.
Notably, Isaac is recognized for having nine wives, with records indicating that two of them were underage at the time of marriage.
2. Seth Jeffs
Born in 1973, Seth Jeffs, now 49 years old, holds a prominent position in the FLDS Church and gained recognition for sheltering his well-known brother, Warren, during a manhunt for his arrest.
Like his brother Nephi, Seth is the offspring of Rulon Jeffs and his fourth wife, Marilyn Steed.
Following Rulon’s death in 2002, Seth assumed the role of the official prophet and president of the FLDS Church.
His close relationship with Warren is noted, and investigator Gary Engels describes him as a “very intelligent man, very guarded.”
In October 205, police responded to a 3 am call about a potential drunk driver near Pueblo, finding Nathaniel Steed driving an SUV with Seth in the back.
Subsequently, authorities, recognizing Seth’s identity, obtained a search warrant and discovered $140,000 in cash in the vehicle, along with letters addressed to Warren, cell phones, and $7,000 in prepaid debit cards.
Seth faced charges of ‘knowingly harboring and concealing Warren Steed Jeffs,’ who was then on the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.
In July 2006, he pleaded guilty to harboring a fugitive before Judge Robert E. Blackburn.
refusing to disclose his brother’s location, Seth opted for federal charges, resulting in a three-year probation and a $2,500 fine.
On a personal note, Seth is married to seven wives and is the father of 19 children.
In an interview, he expressed, “Every child is a precious gift sent from our Heavenly Father, and that’s what plural marriage is all about.”
Seth’s residence was also featured on Oprah.
3. Nephi Jeffs
Born in 1970, Nephi Jeffs, now 52 years old, is the offspring of the polygamous prophet Rulon Jeffs and his fourth wife, Marilyn Steed.
Serving as the bishop of the Short Creek Stake and acting as his brother Warren’s personal secretary, Nephi held significant roles within the community.
In 2008, Nephi’s name appeared in a federal search warrant issued during the raid of YFZ Ranch, an FLDS community housing approximately 700 people on a sprawling 1,700-acre terrain in Eldorado, Texas.
Following Warren’s imprisonment in 2006, Nephi frequently visited his brother in prison.
Lindsay Barlow, Nephi’s security personnel, accompanied him on eight out of ten visits.
During Warren’s confinement in Purgatory Jail, Utah, he conveyed to Nephi that he was not the true prophet and was not “called of God.”
Despite this declaration, Nephi staunchly rejected the assertion and relayed the information to his followers.
Records indicate that Nephi was responsible for transcribing, decoding, and delivering all of Warren’s messages during the latter’s time in prison.
At present, Nephi is married to a total of 14 wives.
4. Lyle Jeffs
Lyle Jeffs, one of Warren’s younger siblings, was born in 1960 to Rulon Jeffs and Marilyn Steed, making him 62 years old.
Alongside his brother, he held the position of bishop in the FLDS Church and was often referred to as Warren’s ‘special counselor.’
Having served as a bishop in Hildale, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, Lyle was removed from his office in 2012 and received a five-year prison sentence for orchestrating a welfare fraud scheme.
In 2012, the United States Department of Labor initiated an investigation into Lyle’s suspected child labor violations.
CNN reported that the FLDS Church compelled children to harvest nuts at the Southern Utah Pecan Ranch.
Subsequently, a judge ruled that both Lyle and his brother Nephi avoided court appearances, despite official requirements, to evade questioning by Labor Department investigators.
On April 20, 2015, Lyle, along with several FLDS Church members, including Lyle, faced fines totaling $1.96 million for alleged child labor violations.
In 2016, Lyle managed to escape house arrest by slipping out of his FBI ankle bracelet but was apprehended in June the following year in South Dakota.
He pleaded guilty to defrauding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and was sentenced in December 2017 to five years in prison, three years on probation, and $1 million in restitution.
Lyle was released in March 2021.
5. Warren Jeffs
Warren Jeffs was born prematurely in Sacramento, California, in 1955, making him 67 years old.
In 2006, Warren faced inclusion in the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List due to suspicions of orchestrating illegal marriages between his adult followers and underage girls in Utah.
Arizona brought eight additional charges against him, including incest and sexual conduct with minors.
The subsequent year, Warren was found guilty of two counts of rape as an accomplice, resulting in a ten-year sentence in Utah State Prison.
Later, he was extradited to Texas, where he received a guilty verdict for the sexual assault of two minors.
These charges involved accusations of raping a 15-year-old and a 12-year-old, both of whom he had married.
Consequently, Warren was sentenced to life in prison and fined $10,000.
6. Ward Jeffs
Ward, like his brothers Leslie and Blaine, highly values his privacy among Warren’s many siblings.
7. Leslie Balmforth Jeffs
Leslie, part of the Jeffs family, is known for being extremely discreet about his personal life.
8. Blaine Balmforth Jeffs
Blaine Balmforth Jeff, a sibling of Warren, currently lacks any publicly available information on the internet.
